Products and natural variation
SIRESSA aims to present products accurately. Screen settings, photography, natural variation, and hand-finishing can cause differences in colour, shape, scale, texture, or pattern.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Small-edition pieces may sell out and may not be reproduced identically.
Prices, payment, and orders
Prices and available payment methods are shown in the storefront or at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Any applicable shipping charge is shown or confirmed during the purchase journey.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. SIRESSA may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, payment is not authorised, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, or misuse is suspected. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be handled through the relevant payment method.

Intellectual property
The SIRESSA name, logo, imagery, product designs, written content, and visual presentation are protected materials. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SIRESSA is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the storefront or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Jewellery contains small parts and is not intended for children. Wear pieces appropriately and follow product-specific safety and care guidance.
