Before requesting a return
Keep the piece unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with any included tags or accessories. Do not return an item until SIRESSA has confirmed the return instructions.
Email customercare.siressa@gmail.com with your order reference, the reason for the request, and clear photographs where relevant.
Natural variation
Stones, pearls, shells, and other natural materials may vary in colour, shape, surface, and pattern. These characteristics are part of each piece and are not automatically considered faults.
If the received piece differs materially from its listing, share photographs so SIRESSA can assess it.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Photograph the parcel, packaging, and piece as soon as possible. Retain all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Where SIRESSA confirms that an item arrived damaged or incorrect, the available resolution and return instructions will be communicated directly.
Items that may not be eligible
For hygiene and made-for-you considerations, eligibility may be limited for worn pieces, altered pieces, personalised orders, earrings, final-sale items, and items returned without their original packaging.
Do not assume eligibility from this general guidance; please obtain confirmation for your order.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are processed to the available original payment method after the returned piece has been received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
Exchange availability depends on current stock. Small-edition pieces may not be replaceable with an identical item.
