Small-edition and handcrafted pieces may need preparation before dispatch. The timing for your order depends on the piece and its availability.
Once an order is placed, please review your checkout confirmation carefully. Any dispatch or tracking update available for your order will be sent using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery within India
SIRESSA dispatches from Goa, India. Complimentary shipping may be offered where stated on the storefront; any applicable charge will be visible during checkout.
- Delivery timing varies by destination, courier coverage, public holidays, and local conditions.
- A complete postal address and reachable phone number help the courier complete delivery.
- Remote-area orders may take longer or require additional coordination.
Receiving your parcel
Please inspect the outer parcel when it arrives. If it appears significantly damaged or tampered with, photograph it before opening and preserve the packaging.
For a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, email customercare.siressa@gmail.com promptly with your order reference and clear photographs.
Address changes and delays
Address changes can only be considered before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed. Once a parcel is with the courier, rerouting may not be possible.
Courier delays can occur beyond SIRESSA’s control. We will share available tracking information and assist with reasonable follow-up.
